Charlie Morley has over 14 years’ experience in the field of sleep, dreams & mindfulness and has authored four bestselling books on the subject.
He is the lead facilitator and co-creator of Mindfulness of Dream & Sleep.
Although best known as an authorised teacher of lucid dreaming within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition he has been teaching on veterans mindfulness retreats since 2016 and has presented his work at the Ministry of Defence Mindfulness Symposium and the Defence Buddhist Conference.
Charlies work with Armed Forces veterans includes collaborations with Forward Assist, Veterans Contact Point, Salute Her and The Armed Forces Covenant Trust.
His work serving Armed Forces personnel includes workshops at the Army Air Corps and Chavasse VC House Personnel Recovery Centre.
Charlie has consulted for Swansea University Sleep Laboratory, offered the first ever training in lucid dreaming for therapists, has spoken at the San Diego TED conference, BBC radio, Cambridge University and is a regular expert panellist on sleep for The Guardian newspaper.
